Wedding DJ/MC Service Packages, with Audio/Lighting Equipment
#1. DJ/MC/Audio/Lighting for reception only, up to 4 hours of reception time - $1,400
Consultation & music timeline planning
- 1 in-person or video chat consultation & unlimited e-mail/text consultations
- We provide the Vibo app that is FREE for you to use for music planning, where you can also invite any of your guests to join in on selecting & voting for some of the music. This will create & build a timeline for us.
DJ/MC for reception only, up to 4 hours total
- This includes announcing & MC’ing any interactive elements you choose, each with specific songs pre-selected by you:
- 1. Grand entrance
- 2. Bouquet toss & Garter removal & toss
- 3. Cake Cutting
- 4. Formal dances (1st Dance, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, Money/Dollar dance etc.)
- 5. Anniversary dance (longest married couple dance)
- 6. Money/Dollar dance
- 7. Shoelywed game, Hand-to-Hold game, innovative ways to announce dinner, etc.
- 8. Telling your "Love Story"
- 9. Grand Exit
Equipment supplied for reception:
- 2 professional, 1,000+ watt speakers on stands, plus a 1,000+ watt subwoofer (if venue allows)
- 2 wireless handheld mics
- Laptops with over 100,000 song collection
- DJ Mix Controller for seamless blending of songs
- Dance-floor lighting (4-in-1 multi-effects light fixture on tripod stand)
- 6’ table with façade or special DJ furniture
- All necessary cables, set-up, & breakdown include
#2. DJ/MC/Audio/Lighting for wedding ceremony & reception, up to 6 hours - $1,800
Same as #1, & add these items for ceremony
- Single speaker sound system
- Wireless headset mic for officiant (& also a lapel mic or handheld mic for couple, if requested)
- DJ to provide device with music for ceremony, & up to an additional 30 minutes of prelude music while guests are arriving
- Special song edit with voice-over (if needed/wanted)
- Song mashup creation for special dance (if needed/wanted)
#3. DJ/MC/Audio/Lighting & intelligent up-lighting for wedding ceremony & reception,
up to 7 hours - $2,100
Same as #2, & add:
- Up to 12 intelligent up-lights with changing colors of your choice for the different elements of reception. We can do a lot of creative things for the different elements with our intelligent uplights, as we can change them at any point for different elements of your reception.
Photobooth Packages
The Social Booth $600
- 3 hours of Pictures, GIFs, and Boomerangs with digital props to share instantly by email, text, or Airdrop
- Custom designed overlay or border for your pictures
Custom built collection of videos and/or photos to display down the LCD column (this
can be positioned for the front or back of photo booth. This adds a VERY unique &
personal touch) - 8x8 backdrop (multiple designs to choose from)
- Attendant to assist, and guide guests to get the most from the photo-booth experience Digital Props
- Fully downloadable gallery after the event (Digital only, no prints)
- Travel to anywhere within the DFW area (outside of that, will be quoted a travel fee)
- Set-up and Breakdown of the photo booth system
Additional hours $125/hour planned, or $200 if added at the event (if available)
Picture This - $900
Same as The Social Booth, but it is for a total of 4 hours, and adds unlimited 4x6 prints onsite, and physical props.
Beautiful Memories- $1,200
Same as Picture This, but it is for a total of
6 hours, and adds a memory book that
guests can place photo into, sign, and add a note

Extras (can be added to Wedding package #1, #2, or #3 as “a la carte” options)
➢ Cocktail Hour or other set-up, requiring extra speakers - $200 per speaker
➢ Add an extra subwoofer (recommended for guest count over 200, or if you just really want to feel more bass, if the venue allows) - $200
➢ Extra hour for DJ/MC package is $250 preplanned, & $300 the day of event, if available
➢ Rehearsal service on different day than day of wedding (if available) - $200. Includes single speaker on tripod with wireless handheld mic & music
➢ Audio support & amplification for live singers - $125 (microphones with effects for vocals)
➢ Audio support & amplification for live musicians - $150-$2,000 (depending on complexity)
➢ 3200 lumen HD projector with 100” screen - $250
➢ 3200 lumen HD projector with 135” screen - $350
➢ 12 Up-lights - static color - $25 per fixture
➢ 12 Up-lights - dynamic, intelligent lighting, with DJ/MC or you controlling them from an iPad - $35 per fixture
➢ Extra color wash dance-floor lighting package (4 dance-floor lights on 2 “T-bar” tripod stands, set to change color with the sound of music. This would be in addition to your standard, multi-effects, dance-floor lighting already provided with your package.) - $200
➢ Spotlight dance(s) - a moving-head light for spotlight dance (This is assuming we can find a good place for the fixture to be mounted, and the room will be dark enough for a great effect) - $250
➢ Spinning 20” disco/mirror ball on stand with spot light for that colorful spinning room vibe - $250
➢ Projected image, using a standard image like hearts, wedding rings, etc. - $50 (This is assuming we can find a good place for the fixture to be mounted, & a good place to project the image, and the room will be/get dark enough for a great effect)
➢ STATIC Monogram with CUSTOM image (ask, & we can send you a link to website with designs) - $175 (This is assuming we can find a good place for the fixture to be mounted, & a good place to project the image, and the room will be/get dark enough for a great effect)
➢ MOTION Monogram with CUSTOM image that has movement in it (ask, & we can send you a link to website with designs) - $275 (This is assuming we can find a good place for the fixture to be mounted, & a good place to project the image)
➢ Custom Song edits – creating song medleys or custom short/long edits ahead of time. - $50 per song (included with wedding packages #2 & #3)
➢ Custom Song edits, with voiceovers – This is for an incredibly unique & surprising moment for your guests - $100 per song (included with wedding packages #2 & #3)
➢ Dancing on Cloud 9 - special effect for your first dance. Low-lying fog, that simulates you dancing on a cloud - $325 for 1 use, $75 per each additional use
➢ Karaoke done right! - including a 32" or 55" TV for audience, 19" TV for singers, 3 microphones, floor audio monitor for singers, & vocal effects to make you sound your best - $400 added onto any DJ/MC package.
➢ Audio Guestbook - A fun alternative to the traditional guestbook. An old style phone that records your guests messages to you, so you can have their voices captured forevermore! We will deliver your messages on a custom-engraved USB drive, and you can back-up the audio files to your cloud storage. - $300 added onto any DJ/MC or Photo Booth package
➢ Silent Disco - Headsets for all your guests & up to 3 different music mixes for them to switch between. This is great for a late-night after party or a location where there are sound level restrictions. - Ask for Quote
➢ Phone/Tablet charging station – Charge up to 6 devices at once - $50

"Instant Spotlight" service
- a LIVE slideshow at your event, where your guests can scan a QR code to upload photos DURING the event. We can also pre-load it with engagement pictures, company photos, etc. After the event, you get to download the entire gallery! -
$450 with a single 55" TV,
$600 with two 55" TV's, or we could utilize bigger TV's and/or projectors & screens, if needed...
